Along my journey at Healcove, I have learned tools that I am able to utilize in Yoga & other workouts to ensure that I don't cause further injuries. Rather than receiving just a "bandaid" fix, I have received the support and knowledge to truly heal. All the staff that I have encountered have also been very welcoming.
