I've been seeing Travis and then Shane on and off for years. Their care has been attentive and helpful and much more than simply alignment and adjustments.
I'm on the mat learning mobility and strength exercises to do on my own. They listen and look at the big picture - environment, stresses, age, injuries- when addressing healing.
