I had a warm welcoming greet from Hazel, who set me up on the roller table. It was relaxing to start off with that and then Dr. Ryan carefully instructed me what he was going to do with the electro stim machine and worked on my shoulders which were a bit sore. His questions and directions are so very thorough. I appreciate all of the details because it makes me feel seen and heard versus dismissed. I love my little Palo Santo included with my paperwork packet
