• Even though I moved more than an hour away, I will always come to Headlines. The atmosphere is professional, friendly and fun. Between Jessica and Carol, my daughter and I get keratin, cuts and color and we have always left happy. I've never waited more than a few minutes for my appointment, and most of the time they take me early. I recommed Headlines to all my co-workers because they always compliment my hair.

• After living in NYC and Paris, my expectations for style and service is high. I am never disappointed with Headliners. When I ask to even out the color and blend the grey, the color is perfect. When I ask to keep the length, I don't leave with a boy cut. When I ask about products, they don't push what doesn't work for me. I appreciate that there isn't a heavy sales push. I appreciate that there isn't pretentious posturing. It is a gem in downtown Silver Spring.
