• My experience at Headliner was phenomenal because of two staff members, MaBelle and Isaac. MaBelle listened to my story about being new to Maryland. I needed a cut and color and was nervous. She was patient and professional. She booked me with Isaac. He explained everything and made me relax. He is a master stylist! The color was perfect as was the cut. When I returned home my husband told me my hair never looked better. I can honestly say that I agreed with him. Thank you Headliner.
