• all the basics...... my appt started on time, the stylist (Issa) listened to what I asked in terms of adjusting the color strategy...... the shampoo person (wendy) was very good..... and the desk attendant was very cordial and honored my birthday discount when I asked him if he could...... everything went as well as it could have even though it was in the afternoon and pretty busy
