• Oh my goodness, Haven (Heaven) is fancy without being pretentious. The salon is IMMACULATE. Communication with them prior to arriving to the salon was warm, helpful and quick. I felt absolutely spoiled. I typically go to a barber to shave my head, prefer to be in and out, don't like any fuss. Because of the pandemic, I wasn't able to go to my usual barbershop. At Haven, I was pampered and surprisingly loved every moment. The service is amazing. Oh! And they're very careful and take strict precautions around protocols around COVID-19, which I really appreciated. For any queer and trans folx - this place is LGBTQ friendly! For me, it really came down to their interpersonal skills - so warm, friendly and very professional. I can't wait to return and have been telling my friends and family. (Julien - you were amazing and I absolutely love you. I can't wait to see you again!) Thank you Haven. You are a gem in North York!
