• The people were just really welcoming and even though it was my first yoga class ever nothing was too hard to at least try or modify. They have a very clean and peaceful environment in order for you to completely let go and feel comfortable trying something new. I will definitely be back for more sessions.

• The studio is beautiful and the 60 minute class was great! I loved the instructor, Amanda. Her cues were perfect and she offered modifications where needed to make each pose more or less challenging.
