The Far infrared Sauna and Beemer sessions are like a mini vacation in a dimly-lit surrounding with candlelight and soft musical chords to soothe the mind and soul. The facility is so very clean and private with appealing decor. I came away refreshed, relaxed and experienced an 11 hour R.E.M. sleep that night.
