Everyone was flexible with my timing. And the room, Sauna & shower room were relaxing & beautiful. So were the inspiring quotes.
Simply a wonderful experience! From the receptionist, decor, calm feeling. The Lotus room , sauna perfect! And bieng left alone.. being able to have an hour to myself while getting healthy!
Service was amazing. The staff made me feel comfortable. They were very welcoming. Took their time to explain the health benefits, and the process. The only thing I wish is that I had more time! However, I'm looking into a membership. And it's very convenient, since I literally live around the corner from the facility. And health wise, it's beneficial for me to mix this in with my workout schedule. I look forward to coming back soon.
