It was my first Yin yoga class. My body was used to my hot yoga sequence from my studio in MI. Maggie did a phenomenal job leading the class and opening my perspective and body to a brand new level of stretch and relaxation. My hot yoga sequence practice the next day was better than ever and I feel amazing! Thank you Maggie!!
