First, the instructor was amazing. Great motivation, and good instructions for a beginner like myself. Secondly, the nonjudgemental atmosphere, I was about to tap out and everyone was very supportive and the instructor gave me the boost to stay in the game until we were all finished. Lastly, overall cleanliness and experience were the best! Because of this experience, I will keep attending more sessions to better fulfill my inner “yogi” as the instructor says.
