• Greeted with smiles and politeness checking in - appointment started right on time - again greeted with smiles- procedure explained before hand - after was thanked offered a water - Jordan made sure to let me know she was available for extra questions and or concerns- greeted with smiles and asked if there was anything else they could do for me - no one was on their cell phone. No one was talking to other workers while I was trying to check out or in . It was nice to have one on one people that made you feel like you weren't putting them out by using their service so all in all a 10
