• All the staff were professional and kind. My appointment was on time with very little waiting. Dr Hatef and his assistant were very warm and put me at ease. They explained all the procedures I was interested in and gave good recommendations. They answered all of my questions. The financial representative was professional and answered all my questions. The folder given to me with the written material was informative and succinct. All together it was a pleasant experience from the time I walked into the door until I departed. Thank you
