• Not only are they technical experts at making sure class participants are using correct form, offering modifications for moves and body/muscle function, they are the greatest people! So sweet and genuinely caring for their "Hartman family". I recommend Hartman all the time, even though I don't go there much lately due to my personal health issues, to anyone looking for a good workout!
