Jamie is an excellent instructor. I learn something new every time I practice with her. Her cues are perfect, she cares if her students are doing the pose correctly, she truly instructs and helps everyone know how the pose should be done and how they can improve. She is very mindful and pushes her students to practice the spiritual side as well as encouraging them to challenge themselves and improve. One of the best instructors by far that I have experienced and she keeps getting better at it.
