I always do. I recommend you to everyone I know! I've been practicing yoga 6 days a week for the last 10 years. As someone who is committed to my yoga practice it's one of the most important things tome. My family has had to move alot and finding a good yoga studio can be so difficult and take a very long time. With all the moving Iatleast was able to develop a strong home practice. But after training with some amazing teachers you start to expect a high level ofeducation from all teachers and all centers and that's just not the case a lot of the time. Since moving to the island 2 years ago when my search began I soooo feel to lucky to have finally come to find Harmony Yoga Center. Your studio is a warm and welcoming space with a mindful community of students and teachers. It feels just like that sacred place I miss and have been trying to find.
