Great class!!!! It might just be me but the music was a tad loud so it was a smidgen hard to hear :0(….otherwise it was amazing and Mala is the best!

The classes at Harmony are excellent. My only reminder is that classes that are not in the hot room should not be hot or warm. Please use the fans and don’t turn up the heat.
This was my first yoga class ever and the instructor was amazing. So welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. It was a great environment and the staff was very friendly.
Hannah has a very sweet personalty and excellent instruction!
