We love Harmony whenever we are in town. I try to take at least one class with Michael Jones when in town. Michael's classes are just the right amount of challenging. Although we attend only once each year, we always feel welcome.

I am a 50 year old woman who cannot handle the heat. I would love if you had more difficult classes without them being so hot. I really liked Wendy’s class on Sunday.
