Paul always provides an excellent yoga. I appreciate is attention to our poses and adjustments made.
All of the instructors are great, they offer a nice mix of class styles, and the facility is immaculate!

I love Cary's classes. They are the perfect combo of posture, breath work, power, and vinyasa. I look forward to her one min song challenges. It is a special time my dear friend and I would like to try and honor as a weekly class together. The temp is ideal!
