All instructors are fantastic- especially Christina. Enjoy her gentle voice prompts, hands on assists and genuine kindness to all students is appreciated. I truly enjoy how she communicates her deep knowledge of autonomy & physiology and its connection to yoga poses. She’s a phenomenal instructor!
