Love the Soul Circles and having a place for souls to connect. Finding such an amazing community is hard in every day life so I’m glad it’s so easy here.
The practice is intent but there is no judgement or competition. It seems we are all just happy to be there. The music was a touch loud today and I could hardly hear the instructor.
