The instructor helped adjust me in my practice. I felt very comfortable, and felt that the class was challenging (which I like) and was able to push myself harder
I love everything about Harmony! The instructors, the desk yogis, the class times, the locations. I can’t imagine growing in my practice at any other studio.

I have had nothing but pleasant experiences at Harmony. All the teachers & staff are helpful. In addition I like the wide variety of class types and times.
