First time doing yoga EVER and I love it. It’s so therapeutic as well as a GREAT workout. I’ve had 4 different instructors so far and EVERYONE has been amazing.
Staff is always friendly and helpful and classes are always a great experience. Instructors are amazing! All superb at what they do.
Everybody is very welcoming and nice and are truly looking to please you. I have never been uncomfortable asking questions or simply having conversations with everyone. I enjoy my experience every single time I have gone. It is often an escape for me and a time for me to relax.
This place fuckin rocks...
But it could real use some hooks in the bathrooms:-)
