I have had nothing but pleasant experiences at Harmony. All the teachers & staff are helpful. In addition I like the wide variety of class types and times.
Class was complimentary for my birthday. I was looking for a gentle / relaxation class. The instructor was excellent and I enjoyed the class very much! What a wonderful offer!
I thought the class was so good. Very peaceful, not too intense for me since I am a beginner.
We love Jen's classes! She is very calming... and the studio is always nice and clean and smells good :)
