Harmony offers a wide variety of classes and class times, has very knowledgeable instructors, great pricing and all around is very welcoming for both new and seasoned Yogi’s!
In my 30 days I have felt very welcomed. I have grown to need a weekly dose of yoga! Dawn and Christina have truly been amazing! They each have there individual styles-both of which challenge me- but neither one ever hesitated to help! I have received emails from both Dawn and Christina! Which I have never experienced at any other gym or by any other instructor. Made me feel valued. The studio itself is beautiful and inviting. Mala always has a friendly smile on her face and never misses a chance to greet you! I
