I’ve been coming to Harmony Studios for several years now and have always appreciated the quality of the instructors; their dedication to their practice and their sincere and exemplary ability to help you appreciate yourself and the experience knowing that we all have our individual strengths and limitations. I feel I am more empathetic and appreciative of others. I continue coming and will as long as I am able. Namaste.
