Class size was full but all yogis were accommodating to shift around and make room for all. Of course, Michael is a phenomenal instructor and assists as needed/permitted. He is calm, clear in direction and provides additional instruction to assure you land in the proper pose.
Yoga classes at Harmony have been great. Christina’s classes have been the right mix of challenging and enjoying.
Studio was great, instructor was great
Wonderful atmosphere. The instructors are so good. I dont feel rushed in my practice as I do in other places.
