Michael takes the time to teach the proper movements. It’s very important to know this to avoid injury & get the most from your practice. He is a teacher everyone should take advantage of to get the most out of their classes.

Always a good experience at Harmony! Love being welcomed into the studio. The areas for storing belongings while in class are convenient. The studios are conducive to practicing yoga. My instructor is par excellence. It's all good!
