Christina's class was challenging and invigorating. Her flow and selection of poses allowed for us to easily incorporate my own skill level. Some poses, I was able to easily hold, others I had to really work through, and some others I had to dig deep, find the focus, and hone in on a new level of being in tune with my body.

Just a note of thanks to the owner for offering a free session on your anniversary. I’ll continue to buy my wife sessions for her birthday. And now I’ve confirmed that hot yoga isn’t my cup of tea. But I still appreciate the opportunity to try it.
