It’s a beautiful studio. Great temps/humidity. One thing - the guy next to me had his cell phone, was texting, and left early. It kind of wrecked my zen. This was the 6am hot yoga class on 3/15 class.
I really love the classes and the instructors. I began taking classes as part of a 3 year goal of mine. I have eczema and read on line that it helps excema. It really helps me.
