I haven’t been to a live yoga class in years. There is no comparison. The energy was warm and encouraging. Mala checked in with me afterwards with care. I’ll be back again soon!

Melanie is a fantastic instructor. She knows the perfect balance between keeping the class gentle but still challenging. And she does a ton of mind, body, spirit connection. She is truly top notch.
