Because the massage therapist that I had (Jes) was AWESOME. She was very knowledgeable and polite. But my wife did not enjoy her experience with the other massage therapist (I can't remember her name). My wife said that her massage therapist left her arms dangling off of the table for too long and her arms started to loose circulation and go numb. She also said that she was rough on her back. She said that if she could summ up her experience into one word, the word would be "UNCOMFORTABLE". I feel bad that my wife did not enjoy her massage but I enjoyed mine (smile)😉!!!
