I had received surgery six weeks ago on my foot and found the customised massage targeted that area with excellent suggestions on how to address issues I've been having since the surgery. The PT I've been having is all well and good but these suggestions were focused on swelling and overall effects that can have on all parts of the body to explain away some of the general aches that I was concerned about and I find those aches are so minimised after that instruction. I felt fantastic the day after and am using a lot of those strategies to make my recovery into smooth walking. Again, I can't say how delighted I am and the facial I had after that was so relaxing and exhilarating because I missed having my monthly massage and facial that I have booked through the deluxe plan of annual membership.
