• After my Swedish massage, my muscles felt very relaxed, and I had a wonderful, pain-free sleep that evening. My back and shoulders continue to feel looser and less stressed. Amy also taught me an exercise that I could do at home to alleviate neck and shoulder pain. The entire experience was relaxing, comfortable, and peaceful. The staff is gracious and skilled, and the spa is a lovely, tranquil oasis.
