• Good massage. It started slow, and had my concerns as to whether it would be beneficial for my needs or not, but about midway through the therapist and my muscles developed a rapport and she was really able to get in there and work on that tissue. I actually ended taking a long nap afterwards because I was worn out from the massage and it was just one leg!
