• Because nearly every time my massage is wonderful and I find the spa accommodating when I need to make changes or when the therapist is sick. I am always satisfied. The spa is easy to access and the hours are generous.

• I like how comfortable HIH is. It feels more wellness than beauty/perfection. Some spas everyone seems kind of 'perfect' and that can be unwelcoming. I like that I can get a massage sometimes same day or at least in the next couple days. I like scheduling online. I also like the different kinds of massage available. I wish there was a simple way to add on whirlpool to massages.
