• I came in with what I can only guess was pinched sciatic nerve in my upper left leg. After the session I had a much better range of motion and by the end of the night it felt so much better. I had no idea that I was enduring so that much pain until after the next day. All week I've been losing my temper and being angry with everything which is very out of character for me. I should have come a week sooner and I'm looking to follow up with another session once I figure out my schedule for next week. Thank you and Noel for helping me.
