• Noel was absolutely amazing, she was consistent with the pressure and encouraged communication to any changes that I would like. I asked her questions about certain techniques and muscle groups, and she was really knowledgeable and did a really good job at educating me on some new techniques I could use to stretch certain muscle muscles after workouts or even at my office job. I think at one point I fell asleep because I woke up to a little bit of drool lol she did amazing.
