• Heather teaches a relaxing restorative Yoga class. She offers many modifications and explains how to use the props to help her students get comfortable during the class. She is well prepared by setting a theme and intentions for the class to focus on. She is friendly, helpful, and stays after the class to answer any questions her participants have.
