Since beginning my Pilates sessions at Hana Pono last year, I have had the opportunity to work with several instructors. I have been impressed with the level of dedication and individual care provided by each. Most recently I have been working with Lisa and really feel that she has helped me up my game. She is providing excellent support and instruction to help me improve and reach my fitness goals.
