Great hard hot class with the best instructor

I have not done yoga in 30 years. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to keep up or do some of the steps. This class was perfect for me. Our instructor was excellent she made me feel like I could do this after all. I felt great as I left the studio and singed up for the month!!! I am 72 and it is never too late. Thank you!!

Jamie was an excellent instructor and her sequence and poses were very unique. I loved the way she incorporated the blocks and the balls in the same pose.
