I was so grateful that Jared made a post about subbing at Hamsa Power Yoga. I was not aware of the studio and so grateful to find it. His class was amazing! He guided the class through gentle, yet deep postures that were restorative and needed! I woke up feeling refreshed this morning; I haven't slept so well in a long time. Many thanks, and I am looking forward to trying more classes. PS I hope you add Jared as a consistent teacher. The studio is beautiful and close to my home.

I've been when it's very busy and I've been when in slow and the staff have always been genuine and helpful. Studio is just the right size too 🤙
