I have been doing Yoga for three years now. Brook was the best instructor I have ever had. Best workout and I loved her positive intentions. Kind soul. In addition, I loved the vibe in the studio! Sadly, I live far away on Long Island, but if I'm back in the area, I am definitely going to come back to the studio.
