This was my first yoga class back after a shoulder injury and a very prolonged healing process of 1 year! Although it was a challenge for me, I feel great today and I know it's exactly what I needed! I will be making this part of my weekly routine!

Hamsa teachers have great flow and the studios energy is . Love the owners! They are very talented and treat everyone so kindly . They have class to fit your mood from normal flow 60 mins to more intense 75 mins to meditation/YIN . Highly recommend !
