Kate is an amazing instructor. Right from the moment you walk in and smell the insence & are greeted with a bubbly good morning the energy for the class is already set. Kate has a contagious positive and calming energy and I always feel so refreshed when i get the chance to take her classes.

The experience is amazing. The instructors are wonderful not only. Do they lead a very challenging session but it's incredibly holistic and inspiring, and an amazing workout, and you feel very connected to everything and everyone while also being in the moment your yoga practice in your body
