The owners, as all the other teachers are excellent! I am new to yoga and the teachers are very helpful and informative. This is a very welcoming place for everyone. The classes are intense but the instructors are always helping with information, advice and alternatives. I recently moved to the area and I am grateful that I found Hamsa. I highly recommend
