Hamsa continues to deliver - classes are always varied since they have so many great teachers, including those led by the owners of the studio, and some of their newest. I recommend any and all their classes and there is a teacher for any level and any practice need as far as I can tell. If it's restoration you need, or a slower paced but still powerful class, or a dynamic powerful flow, they've got it. I also highly recommend this studio for anyone who used to be a dancer and your body needs that familiar movement - a few of the teachers have practice styles that make you feel as though you're in this wonderful yoga/dance mashup class!
