Today I did a double. The first class with Kelly was a perfect start the day and a perfect segue to the second class. After the 8 am I felt completely open and nearly didn't stay because I felt sooo good and perfectly zen. Thank goodness I stayed for Jamie's class. It was the perfect compliment. I love a crowded class and Jamie's energy and awesome playlist only amplified what the other yogis offered to one another. Truly the finest yoga experience I've had since touching down in Florida back in October. This Jaded New Yorker has found her Florida studio!!!! Thank you all endlessly
