I love Hamsa yoga. I love the energy of the studio, the challenging sequences, the gifted instructors. I am always challenged in class, and always able to adjust myself with all the support from staff and community. Kudos to Jamie, Brittany and the entire Hamsa staff for an enhancing yoga experience. Thank you Hamsa
